This year the youth group will begin a series of service projects that will serve our community and those less fortunate outside of our community. This month we are serving the children of Kenya and Uganda. We will be cutting up used jeans into a pattern to be sent to tailors in Uganda to finish making shoes for children suffering with jiggers. We will also be sending Christmas bags and bows to an orphanage in Kenya. In order to get our project complete we are asking for donations of materials. They can be brought to the church on the weekend of October 1st and 2nd and put in the red wagon bins sitting by the doors to the church or brought to youth grp on Sunday.
